Nijjar can be related to ‘Sikhs For Justice’ and has been making an attempt to radicalise the Sikh neighborhood internationally in favour of creation of ‘Khalistan’, the NIA official stated. He has been making an attempt to incite Sikhs to vote for secession, agitate towards the Authorities of India and perform violent actions by means of numerous posts, audio messages and movies posted on social media, the official stated.

Nijjar has been designated as a ‘terrorist’ below the Illegal Actions (Prevention) Act, the NIA official stated, including that additional investigation within the case continues.
