Telangana Medical and Well being division signed an MoU with the Nationwide Well being Authority to hitch the Centre’s Ayushman Bharat Scheme (PM Jana Arogya Yojana) PM-JAY.The pact was signed within the backdrop of the state
authorities deciding to hitch the nationwide scheme, authorities stated in an announcement.
“Accordingly, the state Medical and well being division had finalised the rules for the implementation of the
Ayushman Bharat Scheme within the State. The CM (Chief Minister) has instructed the officers involved to make sure extending of the medical providers in tune with the rules,” it stated.
In the meantime, to manage the unfold of coronavirus, Telangana authorities on Tuesday introduced to increase the lockdown until Might 30.
The continued lockdown which started on Might 12 was supposed to finish by Might 22, based on an earlier official
“Chief Minister Ok Chandrasekhar Rao has determined to increase the lockdown within the State as much as Might 30. The CM spoke
with the Ministers over the cellphone and elicited their opinion. After receiving the opinion of the Cupboard Ministers, the CM has determined to increase the lockdown until Might 30,” it stated.
The Chief Minister instructed Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar to problem an order on the extension of the lockdown.
Because the Ministers are busy monitoring COVID-19 pandemic curtailment measures and medical providers on the subject stage, KCR cancelled thecabinet assembly, which is scheduled on Might 20, it added.
